Dave Chong Associates has a team of consultants, senior consultants, partners and senior partners who are committed to helping our clients source for the right talents. We focus on middle to top executive searches.

We execute searches efficiently and effectively. Our job is not merely doing qualifications and skills matching. We also ensure the mutual fit of our clients' values, cultures, selection standards, needs and expectations with candidates' values, personalities, needs and aspirations, among other things.
